Summary:
Account Manager (Sales)
Seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth through account management, new business development, and project coordination. This role manages a diverse client portfolio—including builders, general contractors, and end users—while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving branch margin goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact
- Prospect and secure new accounts quarterly; deliver bids, proposals, and sales presentations
- Support margin growth through pricing actions and product expansion
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution and timely installations
- Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records, contracts, and forecasts
- Resolve issues quickly and proactively improve customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
- 1–5 years’ sales, account management, or industry related experience with proven results
- Flooring, tile, cabinetry, or countertop industry knowledge a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Ability to read builder blueprints beneficial
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally (greater Puget sound area)
Salary range $26.00-$28.00 + commission
Reimbursement (mileage & business related expenses)
